CORE Crew ACE Program
The CORE Crew ACE Program provides undergraduate students with employment and personal, academic, and professional development. CORE Crew members are undergraduate students who are STEM majors and from underrepresented groups in STEM. They provide hands-on support at events and serve as near-peer mentors. In return, CORE Crew members are supported as they prepare for their educational and career pathways during CORE Crew Coffee Chats.

Student employment at CORE Events
- Provide hands-on support
- Serve as near-peer mentors to middle and high school students
- Share about experiences in college and STEM
Personal and professional development during CORE Crew Coffee Chats
- Learn from interactive presentations and sessions
- Attend events from similar organizations
- Gain mentorship from current students, faculty, and staff at UMN
- Participate in training on facilitating hands-on STEM engagements
- Gain connections to work-based learning opportunities (summer internships, research opportunities, job shadowing, service learning, volunteering)
When and where is the CORE Crew ACE Program?
- 1-2 in-person, on-campus CORE events per month during the academic year
- Monthly CORE Crew Coffee Chats during the academic year
